ROXAN CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL ONCE AGAIN IN THE ANNUAL UK PROPERTY AWARDS.

The well established south coast company has received recognition for Central Park, its latest landmark apartments in Bournemouth, and for a substantial individual house in Southampton for a private client.

The objective of these awards is to recognise excellence in the property industry and to promote an international standard. In this increasingly competitive environment, it is an outstanding achievement to be nominated. The highest scoring ve star winners from each category will go on to compete in the International Property Awards.

The much anticipated gala dinner will be held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday 18 October where the winners will be announced and awards will be presented. The recognised branding of the awards is a symbol of excellence in the industry and a high calibre jury of international experts identify the most signicant building projects as well as the highest quality estate agencies, property consultants, industry websites and marketing campaigns.

Roxan is no stranger to these awards, having been successful in a number of categories in recent years. However, Steve Grin, Roxan’s Construction Director, is not one to rest on his laurels.

Steve says: “These prestigious awards are ercely competitive and with more developments coming on-stream as a result of an improving market, together with highly sophisticated technology, at Roxan we have to work harder each year to stay at the top of our game.”

Stuart Shield, President of the International Property Awards, conrms the highly challenging nature: “In such a highly industrialised region as the United Kingdom, the standards for excellence are very high. These winning companies have stood out from the crowd by creating unique and innovative properties that elevate the character and appearance of our towns and cities.”

Massoud Yeganegy, Managing Director of Roxan is proud once again of his dedicated team and says: “I know that my whole team from design and construction to after sales service are amongst the best in the business and these awards give them the recognition they deserve.”

There are still a few fabulous two bedroom apartments available for sale at Central Park, Branksome Wood Road with prices ranging from £230,000 to £345,000. George Long at Savills conrms that Central Park is the sole development currently in Bournemouth that is registered for the government’s Help to Buy scheme which makes these smart new homes even more aordable.
