Last Friday saw the latest UK Property Awards ceremony at the London Lancaster Hotel when local developer, Roxan Construction added to its uninterrupted run of awards for its fabulous developments across the south coast. In association with Google and Bloomberg Television, the International Property Awards is now in its 17th year and is recognised as the highest standard of excellence throughout the industry. The judging panel consists of more than 80 professionals whose collective knowledge of the property industry is unsurpassed by any other property award.
The latest accolade saw Managing Director Massoud Yeganegy, Finance Director Paul Wilkinson and Construction Director Steve Griffin collect Best Development (Multiple Units) in Hampshire for The Rookery in Totton where a range of family houses and apartments proved popular with buyers despite the downturn in the market. The development is perfectly located for access into the bustling centre of Totton where there is a range of schools for all ages together with easy access into Southampton and just a few minutes’ drive from the New Forest.
